A total of RM3.1 billion was channelled to relevant banking institutions to be cashed out by recipients during Phase 1’s crediting process which commenced from 6 to 10 September. The assistance will benefit a total of 10 million recipients who are extremely poor, the B40 and M40 categories as well as eligible individuals who are single.
As of September 10, 2021 more than 376,000 job seekers have managed to obtain employment through 27 initiatives implemented by the government.
This is the government’s effort to help those affected by COVID-19 to place a roof over their heads. One would only need to fork out a monthly rental which starts as low as RM124 per month. All beneficiaries of the programme will be given a payment exemption for up to 6 months from the date they receive the keys. An additional 2,000 units will be added to the programme.
This initiative is a cashless assistance for kitchen utensils under the PEMERKASA package announced in March 2021. Prihatin Kasih recipients will receive a monthly assistance (cashless) as much as RM100 for (3) months, through a MyKad account.
Application is not required. Eligible recipients who already have their data registered in the government’s database would be identified.
This programme was announced in Budget 2021 with an initial allocation of RM1.5 billion to provide aid to around 8.4 million Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR) recipients through subsidies for subscriptions to telecommunication services or the purchase of mobile devices.
Applications can be made via respective Telco providers.
Expand the scope of Recruitment Incentive under Penjana Kerjaya 2.0 to the jobless and unemployed individuals from vulnerable groups, who are involved in short-term employment opportunities so that they can obtain full-time employment
SPS Prihatin Wanita is a form of Government aid under the PEMERKASA Package to provide social security protection as part of the Self-Employed Social Security Scheme (SKSPS), SOCSO, to all self-employed women from various informal sectors.
Self-employed individuals can register and contribute to SPS Prihatin Wanita by being present at SOCSO office counters throughout the country.

Additional targeted loan repayment assistance for individual borrowers and SMEs. All individual borrowers, from the B40, M40, T20 and micro SME groups can opt for a 6 -month moratorium. Applications can be made through the bank’s respective website.
It is a form of financial assistance given to employers of each enterprise, for every local staff employed. The purpose of the programme is to assist employers who are economically affected by COVID-19 as well as the closure of operations during the Movement Control Order (MCO). The assistance given will help companies sustain operations and prevent employees from losing their jobs and sources of income.
Financing scheme for micro-entrepreneurs who are not registered under the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) or Local Authorities (PBT).
BSN Micro / I Kredit Penjana is a form of financing / loan offered to help micro enterprises sustain operations and increase their business productivity. A special package under BSN Micro/ I Kredit Penjana is also offered to women entrepreneurs. BSN Micro/ I Kredit Penjana offers a 6 – month moratorium on monthly installment payments.
Penjana Kerjaya 3.0 is an improvement from the Recruitment Incentive Programme. Those who were successfully recruited from 15 June 2021 onwards are eligible to apply for this programme.

The Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Berhad (MIDF) allocated a total of RM200 million to develop a financing scheme for automation, digitisation and green technology. Additionally, the scheme’s interest rate has been reduced from 5% to 3% for a period of 12 months, starting April 1, 2021.
This fund provides financial assistance to local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that have undergone a Government-funded Readiness Assessment programme to support the transition towards Industry 4.0.
This digital marketing application brings together digital platforms under a single domain. It is an initiative by MYNIC Berhad for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Micro SMEs) to hasten the country’s digital transformation ecosystem. About 20,000 FREE domain names are offerred to Micro SMEs which have registered before 31 December 2021.

Sejumlah RM3.1 bilion disalurkan kepada institusi perbankan berkaitan bagi bayaran BKC dengan proses pengkreditan Fasa 1 bermula 6 hingga 10 September 2021. Bantuan itu sekali gus memanfaatkan seramai 10 juta penerima daripada kategori miskin tegar, B40 dan M40 serta golongan bujang yang berkelayakan.
Kerajaan memperuntukkan lebih RM471.6 juta bagi tujuan pemberian Pakej Penjagaan COVID-19 (PPC) kepada Keluarga Malaysia kategori B40 dalam usaha memastikan diri dan keluarga bebas dari jangkitan COVID-19.
Majlis Pekerjaan Negara (National Employment Council – NEC) yang bermesyuarat buat kali ketiga pada 22 September 2021, dimaklumkan lebih 376,000 pencari kerja berjaya mendapat pekerjaan melalui 27 inisiatif yang dilaksanakan oleh kerajaan setakat 10 September 2021.
Rumah IKRAM adalah usaha terbaru kerajaan membantu mereka yang terjejas kerana COVID-19. Dengan harga sewa bulanan serendah RM124 sebulan. RUMAH IKRAM KELUARGA MALAYSIA akan ditambah kepada 2,000 unit. Semua penerima RUMAH IKRAM KELUARGA MALAYSIA juga akan diberikan pengecualian bayaran sehingga 6 bulan bermula dari tarikh menerima kunci.
PRIHATIN Kasih adalah bantuan barangan dapur tanpa tunai (cashless) di bawah pakej PEMERKASA yang diumumkan pada Mac 2021.Penerima PRIHATIN Kasih akan menerima bantuan bulanan tanpa tunai sebanyak RM100 selama (3) bulan, melalui akaun MyKad.
Program ini telah diumumkan di dalam Belanjawan 2021 dengan peruntukan asal RM1.5 bilion untuk membantu sekitar 8.4 juta penerima Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR) melalui penyediaan subsidi bagi langganan perkhidmatan telekomunikasi atau pembelian peranti mudah alih.
Bantuan Bayaran Balik Pinjaman adalah bantuan bayaran balik pinjaman bersasar tambahan untuk peminjam individu dan PKS. Di bawah pakej PEMULIH yang diumumkan pada 28 Jun 2021, semua peminjam individu, sama ada dari golongan B40, M40, T20 dan PKS mikro boleh memilih untuk mendapatkan moratorium 6 bulan. Kelulusan akan diberikan secara automatik kepada semua yang memohon.
Pengeluaran i-Citra diperkenalkan untuk memberi kemudahan kewangan tambahan kepada ahli Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) yang terkesan akibat PKP bagi memenuhi keperluan asas untuk kelangsungan hidup mereka.
Memperluas skop Insentif Pengambilan Pekerja di bawah PenjanaKerjaya 2.0 kepada individu kehilangan pekerjaan dan penganggur dari golongan rentan yang terlibat dalam peluang pekerjaan jangka pendek sehingga mereka dapat memperoleh pekerjaan sepenuh masa.
SPS Prihatin Wanita adalah bantuan Kerajaan di bawah Pakej PEMERKASA bagi menyediakan perlindungan keselamatan sosial di bawah Skim Keselamatan Sosial Pekerjaan Sendiri (SKSPS), PERKESO yang dikhususkan kepada semua wanita yang bekerja sendiri daripada pelbagai sektor informal.

Bantuan bayaran balik pinjaman bersasar tambahan untuk peminjam individu dan Perusahaan Kecil dan Sederhana (PKS). Semua peminjam individu, sama ada dari golongan B40, M40, T20 dan PKS mikro boleh memilih untuk mendapatkan moratorium 6 bulan. Permohonan boleh dibuat di laman sesawang bank masing-masing.
Bantuan ini akan memberi manfaat kepada lebih 1 juta PKS mikro, bagi meringankan beban kewangan mereka dalam mengharungi tempoh yang masih mencabar. Bayaran GKP 4.0 akan dibayar dua kali iaitu pada September 2021 berjumlah RM500 dan November 2021 (RM500). Inisiatif ini melibatkan penerima sedia ada GKP 1.0, GKP 2.0, GKP 3.0 dan penerima baharu GKP 4.0, dengan implikasi kewangan sebanyak RM500 juta.
PSU adalah bantuan kewangan yang dibayar kepada majikan setiap perusahaan bagi setiap pekerja tempatan. Tujuan PSU ialah untuk membantu majikan yang terkesan dari segi ekonomi akibat COVID-19 serta penutupan operasi semasa Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) supaya dapat meneruskan operasi syarikat serta mengelakkan pekerja hilang pekerjaan dan punca pendapatan bagi semua perusahaan.
Skim pembiayaan kepada usahawan mikro yang tidak berdaftar dengan Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) atau Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan (PBT).
BSN Micro/i Kredit Penjana ialah skim pembiayaan atau pinjaman yang ditawarkan bagi membantu perusahaan mikro untuk mengekalkan operasi serta meningkatkan produktiviti perniagaan mereka. Turut ditawarkan pakej khas bagi usahawan wanita di bawah BSN Micro/i Kredit Penjana. BSN Micro/i Kredit Penjana juga menawarkan moratorium 6 bulan ke atas pembayaran ansuran bulanan.
PenjanaKerjaya 3.0 merupakan penambahbaikan daripada Program Insentif Pengambilan Pekerja yang telah dilaksanakan sebelum ini. Semua pengambilan pekerja yang dilakukan mulai 15 Jun 2021 layak memohon di bawah PenjanaKerjaya 3.0.
Kempen ini adalah untuk menyokong peniaga tempatan menyertai platform e-dagang dengan memberi fokus untuk mempromosikan sektor seperti halal, kraf tangan, pertanian, peruncitan dan perkhidmatan untuk membantu meningkatkan penjualan dan jangkauan perniagaan-perniagaan kecil Malaysia.
